Suffered a bit from trying to bite off more than it could chew. Really dug the first act when it leaned into being modern Mean Girls, but when the genre elements start becoming the main focus, it lost me a bit.
There is no denying though that whole movie crumbles without the performance from Lili Reinhart at the center as the Regina George stand in. Honestly worth seeing just for that alone. Fun way to spend an afternoon at the movies, but probably won’t think about it again.
