The amount of information that Andrew Haigh communicates through Charlotte Rampling’s eye movements and facial expressions throughout this is utterly remarkable. The more I watch of his filmography, the more clear it becomes that he’s one of the most humanistic filmmakers working today.
I’ve never even seen “Room” and I already know that Rampling was robbed of an Oscar for this.
